These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Voltaic — the website, application, and related services (together, the "Service"). The Service is operated by Verkko Robotics ("Voltaic", "we", "us"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Eligibility & accounts

You must be at least 16 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Service. Access is restricted to approved accounts. You sign in through a third-party identity provider (Google or Microsoft); we never see or store your password. You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account and for keeping your sign-in credentials secure.

2. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• use the Service for unlawful, harmful, infringing, or fraudulent purposes;
• attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Service, other accounts, or our systems;
• probe, scan, or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service;
• upload content you do not have the right to share, or that contains malware;
• submit personal data of others without a lawful basis to do so;
• reverse engineer, resell, or build a competing product from the Service.

3. Your content

The Service lets you submit text, files, and other material ("Your Content"). You retain ownership of Your Content. You grant us a limited licence to host, process, and display Your Content solely to operate and improve the Service for you. You are responsible for the legality of Your Content and for having the rights necessary to submit it.

4. How the Service learns

Voltaic is a continually-learning system: content you provide may be used to adapt the model and memory that serve your workspace. We do not sell Your Content. See our Privacy Statement for details on what we collect and how it is used.

5. Intellectual property

The Service, including its software, models, design, and branding, is owned by Verkko Robotics and protected by intellectual-property laws. Except for the rights expressly granted to you, these Terms do not transfer any ownership in the Service to you.

6. Availability & changes

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service (in whole or in part) at any time, with or without notice. We may update these Terms from time to time; material changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date above, and continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

7. Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement. Outputs generated by the Service may be inaccurate or incomplete; you are responsible for evaluating them before relying on them.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Verkko Robotics will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us (if any) in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time if you breach these Terms or if we discontinue the Service. You may stop using the Service at any time. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including ownership, disclaimers, and liability limits) will survive.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable at the place of establishment of Verkko Robotics, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Mandatory consumer-protection rights in your country of residence are unaffected.
